Founded in 1891, MAC today serves 22,000 members in 600,000 square feet of recreation and event space along historic Salmon Street in downtown Portland, and overlooks Providence Park.
The eight-level main clubhouse is within walking distance of downtown Portland.
MAC houses multiple restaurants, swimming pools, tennis, racquetball, handball and squash courts, exercise studios, a weight and conditioning room, and a diverse range of ballrooms, banquet facilities, and private meeting rooms.
Activities are offered for men and women of all ages. Short-term child care is available while parents use the club. Top-rated instruction and coaching is available in many sports.
The clubhouse is also host to a variety of local, regional and national sporting competitions throughout the year and has been a venue for international championships on more than one occasion.
