Pacific Dreams, Inc. (PDI) was founded in 1992 by Kenkichi Sakai and Irene Sakai with the aim of providing fast, accurate technical translation services to the United States and Japanese companies at affordable prices. He gained a lot of work experience in the semiconductor and IT and software industries, and was able to establish a certain position in the translation industry. Since our inception, PDI has gone beyond being a mere technical translation provider, based on our expertise in language solutions and cross-cultural consulting in the United States and Japan, to more than just being a technical translation provider, we have been able to support our clients beyond managing their business with a variety of approaches. For example, we offer seminars on various cross-cultural business communication and management. We also cover marketing strategy and HR (Human Resources Management) consulting, administrative research and procedure services, procurement of semiconductor parts and materials, import and export operations, etc.
