The Portland Bottling Company was founded over 90 years ago by Andrew D. Hrestu in 1924, and has been located in their current location, a landmark building on Northeast Sandy Boulevard and 12th Avenue since 1941. The company initially bottled brands such as 7UP and RC Cola that it distributed to stores and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest as their franchisee.
Today Portland Bottling Company operates exclusively as a regional contract packer or co-packer, and focuses its expertise on making a wide variety of ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage products, exclusively in aluminum cans. As a leading West Coast co-packer, Portland Bottling produces beverages ranging from juices and energy drinks to coffee, teas, and carbonated sodas.
Operating modern and efficient state-of-the-art automated beverage line equipment, Portland Bottling offers a wide variety of aluminum can sizes with contract packaging to leading and independent beverage companies and brands.
