RISE Partnership delivers a wide range of exceptional benefits on behalf of Labor-Management trusts and nonprofits.  By joining together, we give workers the resources and confidence to make the most of their union-negotiated benefits.

As an organization founded by union workers, we prioritize creating good jobs in a values-based culture in order to deliver outstanding benefits and training to Oregon workers. We build our values daily with internal committees and workgroups, and through our organization-wide focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
