HR Lunch Bunch: Job Descriptions

Our first question is do you have a job description? We’re sure most of you do (and perhaps some do not). So, our next question is when were they last updated? Depending on your answers to question one and two is why we’re having this discussion. What have you put together? How have you assembled your Job Descriptions? How have you updated them? What sections are you including? What are your biggest challenges and concerns, etc.? Let’s talk about these and other challenges of writing good Job Descriptions.
Invite a friend and then come and share from your experiences and materials. This is your meeting and is intended to be a facilitated a discussion (not a class, but we hope education takes place too.
