Administrative Coordinator

Mulberry Talent Partners: Human Resources Division, has joined with our client, a company in Hillsboro, to identify an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Admin Assistant will manage the front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and provide support to managers and production team.

Your Role:

  • Answer/screen phones in professional, friendly manor
  • Maintain professional email etiquette
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Schedule services such as, but not limited to, permit inspections and equipment rentals
  • Provide and intake accurate information both in-person and via phone/email
  • Filing documents both physically and digitally
  • Assist in planning/coordinating company events
  • Filing for permits and scheduling inspections
  • Organizing storage and distribution of company supplies
  • Office supply ordering and receiving
  • Detailed meeting minutes
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in multi-line phone systems
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
