Corporate HR Administrator

Forest City Trading Group, LLC is looking for a Human Resources professional to work at our corporate office in Tigard, Oregon.   The position will administer human resource programs, policies and procedures that cover a variety of functional areas with an emphasis on benefits administration and payroll. The role will be sharing the responsibility of advising employees and management of the interpretation of personnel policies, programs, and procedures. Provides guidance on various routine to moderately complex human resource issues with an emphasis on benefits and payroll.


Responsible for collection and analysis of all HR data, paperwork, and payroll/payroll support.  Will process payroll for corporate office and assist other companies with their payroll processing.


Will lead the group wellness program as well as assisting with employee relations, compensation program and employee communications. Some office management responsibilities related to ordering supplies, billing, and assisting employees.


A minimum of 3 years Human Resource and 1 year payroll experience is required. iSolved benefits and payroll administration experience preferred.  A bachelor’s degree or professional certification a plus.


The ideal candidate must have a high proficiency with MS suite, excellent computer skills, organized, and a strong attention to detail.  The ability to manage ongoing deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment along with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication and in person is important for this role.
