Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, nonprofit healthcare company, in Downtown Portland to identify an Inclusion & Diversity Manager for their team. The ideal candidate will mirror the mission of the company—to ensure an inclusive and diverse culture.
This is a full time, direct hire role onsite. As the Inclusion & Diversity Manager, you are responsible for leading organization-wide programs and initiatives that promote and reinforce non-discriminatory mentality and culture throughout all aspects of our workforce, aligning with the organization’s values. You are a strategic thinker and program implementer and are focused on delivering quality customer service and are committed to recruit, develop, reward and retain the workforce. You will collaborate with employees to drive a successful strategy that motivates and creates a culture reflective of its members.
The ideal candidate:
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. You have 6+ years’ experience progressive experience in diversity and inclusion and are open to light travel. You are analytical, confident in your skillset, and always working to meet the needs of others.
