Full Desk Recruiter (100% Remote Work)

Primary Function:
The Full Desk Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and generating new and existing staffing business for SIGMADESIGN’s On-Site Resources department. You will build strong relationships with customers in order to create and build business partnerships. You will also fulfill staffing requisitions by recruiting top talent for engineering and technical positions.

Essential Job Functions – Responsibilities:
– Develop and grow new and existing accounts by prospecting, setting virtual or face-to-face meetings, building meaningful and trusting business relationships, and being an expert in staffing solutions.
– Understand customer requirements and proactively market SIGMADESIGN candidates to customers.
– Participate in networking activities such as career fairs and professional association meetings.
– Act as a “recruiting machine” with a focus on filling staffing requisitions.
– Determine and implement appropriate recruiting strategies and techniques for the specific market, industry, and skill-set required.
– Manage RFP and project bidding processes, including staffing-needs assessment, profit margin calculations, pricing negotiation, and submittal of Statements of Work (SOWs).
– Create sourcing strategies to connect with in-demand talent.
– Create and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates in order to build and maintain a talent pipeline.

Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities)
– Minimum of 1-year recent and relevant work experience in staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment; recruiter/sales experience from staffing industry preferred.
– Exceptional business and technology acumen; ability to take initiative to identify and solve staffing challenges.
–  Ability to assess and understand talent, along with detailed expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels.
–  Demonstrate responsiveness, tact, diplomacy, good judgment, and confidentiality in communications with all levels of personnel, clients, and outside vendors.
–  Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (i.e. Taleo preferred.)
–  Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one’s own work group.
– Demonstrate commitment and adherence to SIGMADESIGN Core Values.
– Advanced proficiency in MS office.
– Pass a post-offer background verification.

Work Environment:
Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel for events such as tradeshows.
