Global University Program Manager

 

You’ll be: Managing the success of the entry level recruitment, onboarding and early career development program

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will be working on:

  • Collaborate closely with team of talent advisors focused on entry level pipeline recruitment globally
  • Plan and develop innovative global recruitment and sourcing strategies for entry level roles
  • Develop meaningful relationships globally with colleges, trade schools, and other external resources used for entry level pipeline recruitment
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide a compelling business case to backfill 25-30% of open requisitions with recent college graduates
  • Establish targets and reporting metrics to track, measure and report progress and pipeline activity. Leverage this data to evaluate effectiveness and inform continued improvement
  • Manage a program coordinator aligned with creating and managing an entry level hiring and talent program
  • Partner with applicable internal parties for success in onboarding and guide successful integration into the business in the first 90 days and beyond
  • Create and implement proactive career development program, retention and compensation strategy for first 2 years
  • Collaborate with finance, recruiting and compensation for success in forecasting talent needs and budget in entry level recruiting
  • Partner with Marketing to create branding materials to enhance global attraction strategies and build awareness of Trimble’s employment brand
  • Support DEI by engaging talent from diverse/underrepresented groups

Skills & experience to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related area, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience recruiting, with experience in high-tech industry
  • 6+ years experience managing talent programs, such as Talent Development, Talent Management and Recruiting Programs
  • 2 years experience managing people in a high growth environment is preferred
  • Global experience highly preferred
