What Matters Most:
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience with employee relations, senior leadership consulting, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PHR and SHRM-CP preferred
Your New Role:
This newly-created HR Business Partner position will see you providing HR support to several defined business groups within this Oregon nonprofit. They’re seeking someone who has demonstrated experience providing consultative coaching and guidance to senior leadership. In this role, you’ll identify critical organizational gaps and opportunities and consult with senior leadership to develop solutions. You’ll use data to guide decision-making and build a true partnership where you can lead challenging conversations with the rest of the team. This role reports to the Director of HRBPs and you’ll get the opportunity to shape and grow the HRBP model, with the potential to succeed the current director in time.
