Job Summary

This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with management and employees in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver advanced value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position maintains a level of literacy about the business unit’s needs, goals, competition and culture.

Experience and/or Education

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including multiple human resources disciplines and minimum 2 years’ experience resolving employee relations issues

Preferred

  • HR experience in healthcare, managed care or social services strongly preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential helpful
