Reporting to the Human Resources Director, Galt Foundation’s Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of human resources-related tasks, including:
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Employee relations
- Benefits
- Worker’s compensation
- Unemployment claims, and
- Other tasks as assigned
In this role, you will create a seamless service experience for field staff and liaise with the core team and the payroll service provider. You will ensure Galt remains in compliance with payroll, privacy, and other regulations as an employer of record (EOR) to our field staff across the country. This is a non-exempt and remote position.
