We are currently in search of an HR leader to join our operation. Are you the candidate we’ve been looking for?
Our HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You can expect to make a big impact for our employees and the company by serving as a trusted advisor to leadership in all matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement and culture, and employee relations. In addition, you will drive key programs to enhance our employees’ capabilities. You will manage and support the employee life cycle – from recruitment to onboarding and from performance management to recognition and rewards.

What about some of the details?
There may be times where you must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You may be exposed to the Pacific NW outdoors and will need to have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license – our managers and employees will need support from time to time in the field. A strong candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and eight years’ related experience and/or training – a SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred, as well. This position may require some travel which could include multiple overnight stays.
