3+ years of experience in an HR Manager role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general HR systems experience required
Experience with benefits administration, employee onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, and performance management required
Knowledge of compensation and employee engagement preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
PHR and SHRM-CP preferred
Your New Role:
Join this Lake Oswego accounting firm where you’ll be an HR team of one and responsible for all HR functions including compliance, benefits, leaves, performance, and recruiting. As an HR Manager, you’ll focus on creating a firm recruiting strategy and develop strong relationships with schools, professional associations, and other networking groups. You’ll also manage review cycles, including promotions and compensation. As the first dedicated HR person for this firm, you’ll have a chance to make a big impact on their success by developing a solid recruiting program and enhancing their existing HR initiatives. They’re seeking someone with a great general HR background with a focus on talent strategy and recruiting in the professional services realm.
