HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst’s primary responsibility is to evaluate and analyze business requirements to ensure system solutions meet process, data management and end user needs. This position is the SME for HR and Learning systems and will be seen as the resident expert on the system and will be the go-to position for questions from stakeholders.

Job duties:

  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of HR and Learning systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules
  • Analyzes and evaluates business requirements and ensures systems solutions meet process, data management and end user needs
  • Manage security permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users with a focus on information security, user experience and automation
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for system design and implementation projects
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Manage and support the uploading of mass data changes within the various support systems, including template setup and establishment of processes to support data changes
  • Run audits and correct issues found, striving for elimination of issue at source rather than relying on back-end corrections
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users to improve the efficiency of execution

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Systems Administrator or HRIS Analyst role for mid to large size organization (1000+ employees)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working within a highly configurable HRIS, UKG experience preferred
  • Project Management experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong time management and analytic skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate knowledge of Excel including use of pivot tables

Location:  Hillsboro, OR 97124 (Many of our teams are currently working from home, but once it is safe to do so, we will be asking our employees to return to their assigned First Tech location)
