Core Functions:

  • Develop solutions and/or identify potential solutions to enhance processes which may be in conjunction with IS and provides input on matters pertaining to policies and practices. Provides reporting on HR data needs/metrics for a variety of customers and provide training and system support for other HR staff members.
  • Maintain level of system expertise that allows thoughtful recommendations on expansion of the system to meet future needs.
  • Assess, test, implement and monitor assigned software applications and interfaces used in the HR functions. Partner with IS in the maintenance of applications and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot system errors/failures, data integrity checking, user support, training, system maintenance and scheduling.
  • Serve as key participant in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches.
  • Modify system as necessary for changes in benefit offerings or other HR initiatives.

Background/Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable system and/or HR experience.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems required.
  • Prior experience with Infor HR, BN, PR, and related modules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Access).
  • Baseline knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Crystal reports
