Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a semiconductor company, in Beaverton to identify a temporary HRIS/Operations Analyst for their team. The ideal candidate will have strong previous HRIS experience and the ability to dive right into the role. To be successful, you must be self-driven and confident in your skillset.
This is a temporary role contracted for about 3-6 months. As the HRIS/Operations Analyst, you will report to the HRIS & Operations Manager. You will be responsible for auditing Oracle HCM daily entries report, updating and documenting HR processes, scrubbing and updating HR SharePoint sites, improving end user request forms, optimizing electronic employee files system, updating Employee Handbook policies and providing assistance to HR Associates team. Additionally, you will focus on continuous improvements creating efficient and effective HR processes to deliver the best customer service to our managers and employees.
The ideal candidate:
You bring 4+ years’ experience in HR, 2+ years’ experience with HRIS System (preferably Oracle HCM), preferably a BA in HR and PHR certification, and a strong background in creating and documenting HR processes. You will work collaboratively with the HRIS and HR team to be effective and efficient in providing support.
