Job Mission

An advanced technology industry leader, ASML, is looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join the team growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon.  Due to our customer growth the team is expected to grow in size over the next several years. Job Description

-Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
-Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
-Lead new employee on-boarding & off-boarding; facilitate new employee orientation to include exit interviews, processing paperwork, etc.
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends using SAP, HRIS and HR dashboards.
-Perform quality and compliance audits as needed.
-Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
-Organize and coordinate immigration compliance.
-Ability to facilitate and educate leaders on HR programs and projects.
-Assist HR Manager and Director as needed.


Education & Experience

– Business Administration; with 5 – 8 years experience or,  Masters degree (HRM or BA) with 4    years experience

-Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience required.
-Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

-Carries out activities within the area of HR&O to support line-management.
-Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.
-Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.

-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
-Requires self-direction and the ability to exercise judgment in prioritization, accuracy, and promptness in completion of projects.
-Must be able to orally present information in group settings and be able to create and edit written materials in a variety of formats.
-Must be able to deliver training and/or make presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
-Ability to recognize and seek additional information when needed.
-Proficiencies in utilizing HRIS systems, Word, Outlook, SAP, Powerpoint, and basic Excel is required.
-A sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through skills.
-Passion for managing and delivering HR services.
