Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and influential leader to join our growing team as Human Resources Manager. This role will report directly to the President and will provide full cycle HR support to our Canby campus. This role will report directly to the President and will provide full cycle HR support to our Canby campus. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee timekeeping, overtime, and payroll preparation.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Create and update HR policies as needed.
  • Conduct safety audits and have proper documentation for OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Partner with leadership team to execute on strategies and goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on delicate matters.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial-organizational psychology, business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Growth mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
