The Department of County Assets (DCA) is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, people-centered Human Resources Manager to join our senior executive team. Our ideal candidate has HR leadership experience in a complex organization, preferably working with one or more collective bargaining unions. You are skilled in fostering equity and inclusion and have proven experience applying an equity lens in decision making and program development. You thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships across multiple backgrounds, perspectives and cultures, and you’re comfortable working with senior leaders, including elected officials. You are a results-oriented agent for change who supports, consults and encourages your staff.
