Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a construction company, in North Portland to identify an Organizational Development and Training Specialist for their team. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, sensitive to the needs of the organization, and always thinking ahead.
This is a full time, direct hire role onsite. As the Organizational Development and Training Specialist, you will report to the HR Director. You must be able to evaluate the needs of the organization and create, implement and lead training programs that develop needed skills. You will work with management on succession planning and leadership development. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing and evaluating organizational development solutions including leadership development initiatives, organizational effectiveness, performance management, succession planning, and cultural change.
The ideal candidate:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field. You have 3+ years’ experience in training and organizational development, are confident in speaking publicly, and experience designing and implementing effective training and
development programs. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certified or SHRM Certified Professional preferred.
