Mulberry Talent Partners: Human Resources Division has joined with our client, a manufacturing company, in Beaverton to identify a temp to hire Payroll/AR Clerk for their team. The ideal candidate will have strong previous payroll and accounting experience. To be successful, you must be self-driven and confident in your skillset.
This is a this is a part-time, temp to hire role. It is about 30 hours a week, and the hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. As the Payroll/AR Clerk, you will need to process and monitor biweekly payrolls using ADP software. This will include running biweekly reports, creating new reports as required, garnishing documents received, setting up deductions in ADO, and updating daily sales, cash receipts and disbursements reports.
The ideal candidate:
You bring 2+ years’ experience in Payroll and AR, strong experience using Payroll software, Accounting ERP software, MS Office, an ability to understand and apply payroll and accounting principles as well as the organizations policies and procedures, and a knowledge of wage and hour law. You have strong reconciliation skills, and are detail oriented.
