Job Overview

The People and Culture specialist is responsible for managing the organization’s programs for dealing with employee health, leaves and safety. This position involves providing training and counsel to employees and the agency with respect to compliance issues related to accidents, injuries, illness, leave of absence, post-leave returns to work, and ADA requests.


Bachelors Degree in a People and Culture related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience directly related to Leaves of Absences, ADA and workers compensation is preferred.
Experience in healthcare/behavioral health is preferred.
