Recruiter (senior or junior-level)

Your New Role:

We’re busy, busy, busy and hiring a few Senior Recruiters or Recruiters – we’re open to different levels of experience – to help us keep up with job orders! As a Recruiter, you’ll perform full-cycle recruiting functions including screening, interviewing, and negotiating, and consult with both clients and candidates. Our Recruiters are known for being up on market trends, and can offer resources, advice, and best practices. You’ll source for and maintain a diverse pool of talent using a combination of tools such as our applicant tracking system, Boolean searches, job postings, and social media.

As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, you’ll join either the Attorney, Finance, or Accounting teams, so any experience in those areas is a plus. We’re seeking a Recruiter with experience in a recruiting agency or someone with corporate recruiting experience who enjoys the thrill of closing a deal.
