Senior/Principal Compensation Analyst
We are looking for a compensation expert to join our Compensation team in HR. You’ll get to be a part of a team that works with all areas of the company. Work with a team that develops and administers compensation programs designed to increase the effectiveness of the organization and creating, managing and cultivating the employer-employee relationship.
If you are someone that is an excellent communicator, can defend and explain data to various audiences, and can manage large amounts of data, this may be the job for you!
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience in analyzing salary surveys, job matching/job descriptions, and job leveling.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
- At the Principal level eight or more years in human resources with at least four years in the area of discipline or equivalent. At the Senior level, five or more years in human resources with at least two years in the area of discipline or equivalent.
- HR certification and Workday experience a plus.PGE supports career progression; the position will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate’s applicable skills and experience.
