The Senior Recruiter will build and maintain a strong employer branding strategy. This position is also responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for positions as well as on-boarding new hires. They will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and on-boarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.
