The Technical Recruitment Specialist will partner with our hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and HR Business Partner – Engineering to maintain an exceptional candidate experience.  The successful incumbent will review resumes, coordinate/schedule interviews, develop offer letters, initiate background checks, and assist with on-boarding. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and the HR Business Partner and be the face for the company to new employees. The ideal candidate must be able to pivot quickly on a multitude of projects and be passionate about giving candidates a world-class recruitment experience.

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ recruiting experience
  • Tech recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with recruitment systems (SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical; process-oriented
  • Customer service mentality in all communication
  • Strong interpersonal communication, time management, problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable communicating with management
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with sensitive confidential information
