Complying with New York’s Anti-Sexual Harassment Laws- Free Webinar

The state of New York and New York City’s anti-sexual harassment laws are quickly approaching with the state’s regulations coming into effect this October and NYC’s this spring. Employers will need to begin planning to implement training and ensure new policies are in place to meet these new standards. This session will discuss what an employer’s obligations are under the new laws including mandatory written policies and required annual training for all employees.
