FMLA/OFLA: Compliance Tips and Tricks

Oregon employers administer many types of leaves, some mandated and some discretionary. This webinar will focus on the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the relationship and differences to the Oregon Family and Medical Leave Act (OFLA). Employers with 50 or more employees must comply with the most beneficial regulation of both while employers with fewer than 25 only need to comply with OFLA. Depending on the decision your organization has made about discretionary leaves, these protected unpaid leaves may also have a paid component.
