Laurie Erdman is Senior Director of Talent Management at K12 Inc. where she specializes in talent acquisition, employee performance, leadership, development, change management and stress management. Laurie is also a writer and speaker on employee burnout, human performance and the effects of change on individuals, teams and organizations. She has presented at numerous organizations including Society for Human Resources Management-Northern Virginia and Dulles Chapters, ATD-DC Metro, Booz Allen Hamilton, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Small Business Administration and RE-Max Allegiance.
