However, many non-unionized employers are surprised to learn that parts of the NLRA apply to every employer, and not knowing the law greatly raises the risk of inadvertently violating it. We’re here to help!
On March 10th, join Trevor Caldwell for a discussion on federal and state labor relations laws and their applicability in the non-unionized workplace. We will discuss the basics of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), as well as scenarios in which your non-unionized employees may be covered by labor laws. Finally, we will discuss best practices to educate supervisors, mitigate compliance risk, and maximize the efficiency of workplace operations.
